Overview
This policy explains how Native Programmers collects and uses information when you visit our website or contact us. We keep collection minimal and purposeful. This page describes current website behaviour. It is not legal advice and is not a complete privacy assessment for every jurisdiction.
Information you submit
If you use the contact form, we receive the details you type (such as name, email, and message) so we can reply. Those values are used for communications only. They are not copied into analytics events.
Operational logs
The site generates ordinary technical logs needed to operate and secure the service (for example, requests to our own APIs). This operational telemetry is separate from optional analytics.
Optional analytics
When an analytics destination is configured and you accept, we record privacy-safe events such as page views, landing path, allowed UTM fields, coarse device category, browser/OS family, session length, pages viewed in the session, scroll milestones, and which public CTAs you click (including WhatsApp, email, and phone). Events include a schema version, timestamp, and pseudonymous session and visitor identifiers stored in first-party browser storage after acceptance. We do not record passwords, form field contents, private messages, keystrokes, or other unnecessary personal data. We do not fingerprint devices. Query strings are dropped except for known UTM keys. WhatsApp prefilled greeting text is not sent as analytics metadata.
Location
Approximate country or city may be attached on the server only when our hosting or CDN already supplies that metadata. We do not run extra device fingerprinting to locate you.
Consent and opt-out
Optional analytics runs only after you accept the site prompt, and only if analytics is configured (a first-party ingest flag, a Google Analytics measurement ID, or an explicit debug flag). If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we treat that as a decline and do not show the prompt. Declining clears analytics identifiers from this browser. Google Analytics scripts load only after acceptance, when a measurement ID is configured. Without those configuration flags, analytics providers stay inactive.
How we use information
We use submitted contact details to respond to inquiries. We use analytics events to understand which public pages and calls-to-action are useful, and to improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
